For the last six years, Jimmy has served as a Program Director; supervising staff, developing and administering the program’s budget, along with writing and administering foundation and community grants. Managing the ministry’s building maintenance, vehicles, safety and security issues.

Lieutenant of Criminal Investigation and Records & Identification Lexington County Sheriff’s Department – Supervising criminal investigative staff and also handling major crimes, including homicides, arsons etc. Supervised the Records Department and the Crime Scene Investigation Section.
Investigative Sergeant - South Carolina Wildlife and Marine Resources Dept. Developed and supervised the Marine Theft- Fraud Investigation Unit, conducting investigations involving title & insurance fraud, larcenies, interstate transportation of stolen vessels. Also conducted training for and worked joint investigations with local, state and federal agencies.
Internal Affairs Investigator - South Carolina Department of Corrections.
Investigated complaints involving staff and inmates.

Private Investigator - Hired to solve a year old homicide case in Hampton, SC.
